FAQs on ALGO SOLO
1. How many do I have to order to get my food delivered?
You just need to order at least PhP 400 worth of meal packs.
2. Where can I get the menu?
The following week’s menu is emailed every Wednesday. If email is not an option, then you may request for a hardcopy of the menu every week. The weekly menu is also available on ALGO’s Facebook fan page (search: Almost Gourmet) and www.almostgourmet.com.ph.
3. How do I order?
Orders are taken on a weekly or biweekly basis. You may send your orders via email, fax, text or call. First time clients must indicate the following information: company name (if applicable), contact person, landline number, mobile number, complete delivery address and department (if applicable), and desired delivery time.
4. How do I pay?
Just like any food delivery service, we collect payments upon delivery of goods. Please inform us in advance if you need change.
5. Do I have to order every day?
No pressure to order every day; just on the days that you want to.
6. I forgot to order by the Saturday, 12:00 n.n. deadline. The ALGO week already started. Can I still order?
You may still order for Thursday and Friday. See ordering deadlines below:
Saturday 12nn for Mon - Wed
Wednesday 12nn for Thurs - Fri
7. There are only five of us in the office and half of us bring food from home everyday. How can I still order from you?
Surely you have neighboring offices in your building. Why not ask them if they want to order too? Otherwise, you may pick up your orders from our kitchen in BF Homes, Quezon City. We do not require a minimum for order pickup.
8. I ordered spicy buffalo wings and I want it extra spicy! Do you grant requests like these?
Yes, we do! Just indicate it on your order list.
9. I'm on a diet. Can I order half a side only?
Yes, but prices are already fixed. Just indicate it on your order list.
10. I love your mashed potatoes! Can I order this only without anything else? Can I order two or three orders of this?
Sure! Each additional side order is PhP 20 per serving.
11. Is the food container microwaveable?
It sure is! It's reusable too so please don't throw it yet after using.
12. I didn't go to work because I'm sick today. Can I still cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you may only cancel your orders at least two days in advance. Just ask your officemate to place your food in the refrigerator/freezer and it will surely still be okay the following day. Our meals our freshly-cooked every day and may last for several days if properly stored.
13. I'd like to suggest a recipe. Is this possible?
We welcome new recipes! Just send it to us via email and we'll see if we can include it in our weekly menu.
14. I'm ordering for a big event. Do I have to give a downpayment?
Yup! Orders exceeding PhP 4,000 require a 50% downpayment at least three days (3) in advance . All check payments should be payable to Joycelyn Romualdez.
